Wellness at the DubHub

Treat your body and your mind to a class at the Dubhub.

The Community Center hosts a variety of wellness classes each week.  Yoga, Qi Gong, or Meditation classes are offered at different times of day and the week to appeal to early morning risers or folks who like to practice later in the day.   Whether you’ve done this for years, or you are just curious and want to give it a try, you will be welcomed to classes by experienced teachers and enthusiastic students who like to practice together in our beautiful spaces.

I’ve been going to Meenakshi's early morning yoga class since she started offering it at the DubHub. How could I not, an amazing teacher in an extremely convenient location! It's magical to wake up before dawn, walk up the hill to the Hub, enter a warm and inviting space, and practice yoga with my neighbors while the sun comes up. I like seeing people I don't normally run into and meeting new (to me) locals. It reminds me that I do indeed live in a community.
