Qigong class with Ginnette Groome
Wednesdays 12 noon - 1pm.
Qigong is a very gentle, but powerful Eastern form of exercise, thousands of years old. The slow and simple movements encourage the smooth flow of Qi (energy) and when practiced regularly, promotes longevity, decreases pain, alleviates stress and increases balance, strength and flexibility. Most importantly, it teaches you awareness, of yourself and the world around you, which can then assist in leading a safe and balanced life.
The cost is $15 for a single class and $12 per class if paying for the month up front. New members are always welcome to come join at any time and follow along easily. No equipment is required besides supportive shoes and comfortable clothing. Best to wear "inside shoes" that allow the foot to relax. All ages and ability levels are welcome.
